I re-read this book. Still loved it and was still a little confuse. Love the Bible aspect of the book. This is definitely a hard book to put down. And you will love all the characters. Great book.

3.5 STARSInteresting read. I was warned that it had a slow start and I'm glad because the first I'll say about 20% is a little rough. I think it's a problem with information delivery. It's so much at the beginning that the transitioning is not smooth and flowing. Once you get over the hump the story flows and you just keep wonder, okay...where is he going. The synopsis is a good highlight of the story so I will not repeat that part. I loved all the characters though. Once the author could settle

Although this is not my normal genre, I really enjoyed this book. From witches to spirits to bible verses, this book had a little of everything in it. I am looking forward to reading the sequel because I have to know what happens next to the characters. Kudos to the author for this well written and interesting story!Kenya E.Soul Sistahs Book Club
