I feel repulsed by Manik Mulla. Absolutely Repulsed. It was all fine till the second last chapter, but that completely changed the trajectory of the story and the image I had of Manik Mulla. I DON'T LIKE HIM AT ALLBook is covering various aspects of life like love, relation etc. The way characters are connected to each other are very unique. There are number of plays done on this book so one can guess why this is so famous

Movie by Shyam Benegal is brilliant so is Manik Mull played by Rajat Kapoor. Usually in case of movie adaptations of literature one or the other is disappointing.
